I wanted to take the time to thank you for an AWESOME whitewater trip. My family and I came to Blue Heron on July 21. Originally we had a half day trip with Chad, but when we got to the take out point our family loved it so much we were saying we wish we would of did the whole day trip. You over heard us talking and came up to us and told us we could continue down the river if we
hustled. We took the challenge caught up with the full day trip, but in the mean time we had the best time. The views, the rapids and best of all our guide Chad made the trip so much fun..We look forward to rafting with you again in the future. Thank you.

Hey Fritz and staff/guides/drivers,
I hope you all are very well. I was with the Sunday Big Brother Big
Sister group. My Little Brother Aaron and I were with the Burke County
contingent.
Aaron and I both want to say thank you for a wonderful opportunity to be
on the river in nature in your part of NC. We do lots of outdoor
activities and this was a great adventure for both of us.
Thank you also for your great generosity with the rates to make this
possible for so many kids in Western North Carolina. Who knows, some day
one of these girls or boys may be back with you as a guide.

We had a great time on the white water rafting trip with Blue Heron. It was very easy to schedule. They had everything for us to use to stay warm and mostly dry. Our guide Sandy was awesome. She was full of information. We took the day trip including lunch. Excellent food! We had different levels in our group. Some with no experience and some with experience. We all had a great time. The whole day trip is the best value for money. I would recommend Blue Heron Whitewater to anyone! Julie Anderson

I wanted to thank you guys for providing us an awesome rafting experience on
the French Broad River. 'Wags' was a perfect guide and it was so much fun to raft along with him . We were all ears to his funny stories and the best part was he tried to remember all our names! The surprisingly sunny weather during fall added on with the gracious hospitality offered by all the folks at Blue Heron made our day. Also, hats off to Ciro for capturing the best moments in the best possible way. I would totally recommend Blue Heron to my friends who are planning a trip to NC.

Just wanted to thank you guys again for taking us out on the river!! We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend you guys to our family and friends! Thanks for everything!Saturday! Josh did a great job guiding us, and of course Sandy was so
knowledgeable and accommodating for us during our time on the river. I'd
imagine it would be hard to find someone with more knowledge, expertise
and professionalism as she possesses! Your communication and logistics
coordinating for us was also excellent and much appreciated. I don't
think things could have gone any more smoothly. It really was the
perfect day, and my friends Greg and Greg agree there probably isn't a
better rafting experience out there than the one we experienced with
Blue Heron!
It felt like coming back to see good friends with this being my second

On behalf of the gentlemen (I use that term loosely :-) ) from this
past Saturday's French Broad rafting excursion, I would like to take
this opportunity to thank you both for an incredible day of fun. As a
group of old college friends displaced from one another, our weekend
adventures continue to be some of the most important of the year and
cannot tell you how much we appreciate Blue Heron providing us with
everything we could have asked for and more: a gracious staff, an
exhilarating run on the river –including almost being ejected from the
boat on Frank Bells, a relaxed atmosphere, and a great day of
camaraderie. The expression on our faces from the pictures says it
all.
As the only North Carolinian of the bunch, I will certainly pass along

"My wife and daughter and I spent an incredible Mother's Day in the company
of Blue Heron Whitewater's rafting team and had a wonderful time! Of course
the weather and landscape did its part as we gazed at Carolina blue skies
and Appalachian Spring greens on the hills above the chocolate brown
fast-moving waters of the French Broad. From the moment we arrived at their
headquarters we were treated warmly and all of our questions and concerns
were answered in a straight up manner. Our guide Sandy's knowledge of the
